At-large
Contestants
are ladies that believe that they can compete on a national level to
represent their state. The at-large contestant qualifies herself
by completing an application which includes questions relevant to her.
The at large title carries the same amount of clout as a contestant that
receives the state title. Everyone has identical crowns and banners.
Everyone starts out even across the board when it comes to the national
